About Passenger Choice Awards

The Passenger Choice Awards were created by the non-profit Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) to give voice to airline passengers. For an opportunity to rate your flight experience, simply complete the quick and easy survey (open from May 1 to June 30) and let the airlines know what they can do to improve your experience!
