The Passenger Choice Awards, created by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX), invites air-travelers from around the world to rate their recent inflight experiences. Recognized as the industry’s most prestigious award influenced by actual passenger feedback, The Passenger Choice Awards gives passengers an opportunity to share their thoughts on inflight elements such as: cabin comfort, entertainment options, connectivity, ground experience, and more. Passengers can take the survey as often as they would like between May 1 and June 30. Feedback from the awards can help improve future passenger experiences!

APEX is a nonprofit association that encompasses a network of professionals that are committed to providing an outstanding airline experience for passengers around the globe.
